On 7 July 2026 the banning order made against Bikash Man Singh Shrestha on 13 April 2025 was varied pursuant to section 504(1) of the Aged Care Act 2024. The variation was to the effect that Mr Shrestha is permanently prohibited from being involved in the delivery of funded aged care services generally, effective from 5:00 pm on 15 July 2026.
On 4 May 2025 a banning order was made under section 74GB(3) of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 that prohibits Yahya Shuriye from being involved in the provision of any type of aged care for a period of 10 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 13 May 2025.
On 4 March 2026 a banning order was made under section 498 of the Aged Care Act 2024 that permanently prohibits Scott Reece Silvey from being involved in the delivery of funded aged care services generally, effective from 5:00 pm on 19 March 2026.

On 17 April 2025 a banning order was made under section 74GB(1) of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 that prohibits Angela Singh from being involved in the provision of any type of aged care for a period of 10 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 22 April 2025.
On 30 September 2024 a banning order was made under section 74GB(1) of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 that prohibits Archana Singh from being involved in the provision of any type of aged care for a period of 10 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 2 October 2024. On 6 January 2025 pursuant to section 74L of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 the banning order made against Archana Singh on 30 September 2024 was varied with effect from 5:00 pm on 7 January 2025. The variation provides that the term of the prohibition is varied from 10 years to 5 years, followed by a condition that takes effect at 5:00 pm on 7 January 2030 that for a period of 1 year restricts Archana Singh from engaging in the provision of care and service to care recipients unless under direct supervision. Direct supervision requires that a supervisor be physically present at all times to observe Archana Singh’s practice while providing care and services to care recipients in any aged care setting.
On 6 March 2025 a banning order was made under section 74GB(1) of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 that prohibits Gaurav Ramavtar Singh from being involved in the provision of any type of aged care for a period of 10 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 10 March 2025.
