For ad hoc shifts at service locations outside MMM 1, travel costs may apply when the assigned staff member is more than 30 kilometres from the location. Accommodation costs may also apply when staff are engaged from the usual MMM 1 staffing pool. No additional accommodation or travel costs apply when the staff member is local to the location.
What the rates include
Each rate includes staff wages, casual loading, 12% superannuation, estimated payroll tax and workers' compensation, plus Fresh Idea's recruitment and workforce support.
Rates exclude GST.
Other conditions
A comprehensive rate card covering shift conditions, including other afternoon and night bands and overtime as applicable, is available upon request.
For aged and community care services outside MMM 1, an additional 20% applies. Accommodation and travel costs are excluded and may also apply.
