Your classification and rate will be matched individually based on your qualifications, relevant experience, duties, location, working conditions and the applicable industrial instrument. Casual hourly rates include the applicable casual loading but exclude shift penalties, overtime, allowances and superannuation. Regional casual rates apply to eligible regional engagements. Fresh Idea Group will confirm your classification and rate in writing before work begins.
