On 6 August 2025 a banning order was made under section 74GB(1) of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 that prohibits Mumthaj Begam Kantara from being involved in the provision of any type of aged care for a period of 2 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 12 August 2025.
On 15 August 2023 a banning order was made under section 74GB(1) of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 that prohibits Ashpreet Kaur from being involved in the provision of any type of aged care for a period of 10 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 17 August 2023.
On 6 March 2024 a banning order was made under section 74GB(1) of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 that prohibits Kamalpreet Kaur from being involved in the provision of any type of aged care for a period of 10 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 8 March 2024.
On 4 April 2024 a banning order was made under section 74GB(1) of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 that prohibits Manpreet Kaur from being involved in the provision of any type of aged care for a period of 10 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 8 April 2024. On 15 July 2024 the banning order made against Ms Kaur was varied pursuant to section 74L of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 to prohibit her from being involved in the provision of any type of aged care for a period of 1 year and 9 months, with effect from 5:00 pm on 15 July 2024. The variation also made the banning order subject to a condition that at the end of the period of prohibition Ms Kaur is restricted for a period of 12 months from 5:00 pm on 15 April 2026 from engaging in the provision of care and service to aged care consumers unless she is under direct supervision. For the purposes of the condition, “direct supervision” means that a supervisor is physically present at all times to observe Ms Kaur’s practice while providing care and services to aged care consumers in any aged care setting. On 7 January 2026 the banning order made against Ms Kaur was varied pursuant section 505(3) of the Aged Care Act 2024 to prohibit her from being involved in the delivery of funded aged care services generally for a period of 3 years, with effect from 5:00 pm on 15 July 2024. The variation also made the banning order subject to the following 2 concurrent conditions that apply to Ms Kaur at the end of the period of prohibition, from 5:00 pm on 15 July 2027: 1) subject to condition 2, Ms Kaur must not engage in the delivery of funded aged care services generally to an individual accessing funded aged care services unless she is under direct supervision for a period of 24 months. 2) For the first 6 months of the supervision period, Ms Kaur must not engage in the delivery of funded aged care services generally to an individual accessing funded aged care services who has been assessed as living with cognitive impairment including dementia. In this context “direct supervision” means that a supervisor is physically present at all times to observe Ms Kaur whilst she delivers funded aged care services to an individual accessing funded aged care services.
On 15 August 2024 a banning order was made under section 74GB(3) of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 that permanently prohibits Parvinder Kaur from being involved in the provision of any type of aged care, effective from 5:00 pm on 22 August 2024.
On 30 July 2026 a banning order was made under section 498 of the Aged Care Act 2024 that permanently prohibits Preet Kaur from being involved in the delivery of funded aged care services generally, effective from 5:00 pm on 3 August 2026.

On 26 April 2024 a banning order was made under section 74GB(1) of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 that prohibits Natasha Ann Kelly from being involved in the provision of any type of aged care for a period of 10 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 1 May 2024.
