Subprocessors

Fresh Idea works with trusted third-party service providers to operate, secure and maintain our recruitment and workforce management services.

These providers support essential functions including application hosting, website security, monitoring and communications.

Depending on the services provided, third parties may process personal information on our behalf or operate as independent service providers.

We aim to limit the information shared with each provider to what is reasonably necessary to deliver the relevant service.

Application Infrastructure

Purpose

Application hosting, database infrastructure and application storage.

Laravel Cloud uses additional infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare, to support aspects of its hosting, networking and security services.

Information processed

Application data, customer information, employee information and uploaded documents, depending on application usage.

Pulsetic

Public website availability information, monitoring responses and technical diagnostics.

IP addresses, browser information, technical information and CAPTCHA interaction data.

Communications

Purpose

Transactional email delivery and system-generated notifications.

SMS and WhatsApp delivery, support conversations, notifications and operational communications.

Information processed

Phone numbers, message content and messaging delivery metadata.

Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform

Independent Service Provider

Purpose

WhatsApp business messaging, support conversations, notifications and workforce communications.

Meta operates the WhatsApp network used for WhatsApp messages delivered through Twilio.

Information processed

Phone numbers, message content and messaging metadata.

Additional infrastructure suppliers

Some providers rely on additional infrastructure suppliers to deliver their services. These underlying suppliers are not necessarily engaged directly by Fresh Idea. Where relevant and known, details are included with the directly engaged provider above.
