About the Opportunity

We're inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Personal Care Workers who are interested in joining our growing casual workforce.

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll support older Australians with their daily living needs, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Opportunities will be offered based on your availability, experience and the staffing requirements of our aged care partners.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care that respects residents' dignity and preferences.
• Assist with meals, hydration and general wellbeing.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health or behaviour.
• Maintain accurate care documentation.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams.
• Follow infection prevention, workplace safety and facility procedures.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable, compassionate and experienced individuals who take pride in delivering quality care.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 1,800 hours of practical aged care experience.
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
• Current National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, as applicable.
• Valid Australian working rights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional referees who can verify your experience.
